What Does Pain During 38th Week Of Pregnancy Suggest?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant today and I have dialted a cm and a half. I am feeling a tingly feeling in my vaginal area and some pressure. When I go to use the bathroom and poop it hurts so bad and then I get this pain on the top of my stomach and it moves down like I am trying to push my baby out. Why is this happening it hurts so bad.
