What Does Pain In Chest While Stretching And Bending Suggest?

Hello , My name is Robert, I have feeling been chest pain right in the middle we tween the ribs when I cough hard,sometimes when I bend to the floor picking up something, also whe I stretch back my arms straight to the far back, But I never had any shortness of breath and I breath very comfortable. This situation it s been like this for few months 3 to 5 months, No dizziness or sweatings, But am just wondering why it s been that long and what does it mean? Is it dangerous? Thank you
