What Does Pain In Lower Abdomen While On Antibiotics For Pharengytis Suggest?

Im having lower abdomen pain on both sides left and right when I cough the pain has gotten worse over the past few days I do have an upper resp infec and pharengytis I'm on amoxicillin for those two things could the coughing cause strained muscles in my lower abdomen
