What Does Pain In Lower Left Side Of Stomach With Low Appetite Suggest?

Hello I have a pain in my lower left side of my stomach near the hip bone that has been constant since I woke up yesterday morning (28th) it feels as if my kidney or something is inflamed but to be fair I d slept in a swag after a day at an extreme 4wd park.. It hurts most when I cough and I m to afraid to wonder what would happen if I sneezed. The pain also increases particularly when I breath in. It s sore to touch the area both on my front and my back or if I sit up to much. I feel nauseous have a head ache my ears hurt every now and then and I have -0% want for food. I m sunburnt so its hard to tell if I have a fever.. I ve had this pain usually when I wake up a few times over the last few weeks but it tends to go away pretty quick. My urine has been very golden and on occasion had a foul smell but I just drink more water and it seems to get better. I have had normal bowel movement s but today I seem to pee a lot and a lot at a time and it s like a massive temporary relief. Can you help?
