What Does Pain In The Abdomen Indicate?

18 year old daughter says feels a pulling pain in her abdomen when she straightens her body. So, if she is sitting or slouching it doesn t hurt but when she straightens it feels like unkinking a hose. It seems to be the right upper quadrant, starting just above her belly button but she thinks maybe it was more centralized before. I tested for rebound tenderness and she said maybe it hurt some but not enough to be definitive.
