What Does Pain In The Upper Right Quadrant Of The Body Indicate?

Chronic right quadrant pain, for 2 years following appendicitis which was cured with antibiotics instead of appendectomy. Endometriosis diagnosed by lapriscopy 1/15/17. Coleestectomy with calcified gallbladder 11/7/16.. Upper right quadrant pain in the last two weeks that radiates through to my back between my shoulder blades. I live in a small town with only a few doctors who have no idea how to properly care for me.
