What Does Pain Under Breast With Soreness Post Popping The Back Suggest?

I asked my husband to try and pop my back for me. We were facing each other and he put his arms around my upper back and lifted. When he did we both heard a loud pop and I experienced quite a bi of pain under my left breast. It has been 3 days and the area is really sore to the touch and hurts when I do any moving. It hurts to breath deep. I did go bowling a couple of days after this happened and I am sure that has made this worse. Torn rib cartilage perhaps? Anything I can do for the pain?
