What Does Painful Lump In The Crease Between Legs Suggest?

Hi there! So here s the situation, there has been a lot of pain in the crease in between my legs,basiclly if u follow from the scrotum all the way back until my buttocks.So there has been pain when walking and sitting down.And I felt a lump right were the crease curves and goes to my butthole.It hurts whenever I feel or touch it.I was running and all of the sudden I felt a sharp pain in that area,that s how it all started.Plz help! It hurts a lot
