What Does Painful Sore On Sole Of Feet Indicate?

I have recently developed a sore on the bottom of my foot. On the padded part behind my toes. It is very painful when I step on a rock or any raised hard surface. I've also noticed my toes seem numb, and I have these little red dots on the top of my feet
