What Does Pcod Mean And How Does It Affect Conception?

hi,i am 26 years I hada ultrasound test, right ovary measures 8cc, & Left ovary 11cc with multiple peripheral follicles, Endometrium measures 2mm. The radiodiagnosist suggest that i would likely to have PCOD. What is the actual problem? will i be able to conceive?So can u plz suggest ? From kathmandu, nepal
