Ultra sound of the pelvis reaveals a uterus measuring 8.2cmand AP diameter 3cm.no fubroid nodules appreciated at this time.the central endometrial echo appears moderately thickened measuring 11.2mm in width no intracavitary fluid collection seen at this time.the right ovary measures 3.5x2cm and left ovary 3.9x2.1cm- no cystic changes at this time. No adnexal mass seen. No free fluild noted Upper abdomen reveals unremarkable appearanceof the kidney, no notable intra renal calculus nor frank hydrnephrosis . What does all this means?
