What Does Perfusion Defect In The Anterior Basal Wall Of Left Ventricle Mean?

Hi. I just had a stress test , because I have been having chest pain and bouts of shortness of breath. I do have a lot of stress in my life now, I looked up the results and it said I had a Persested small fixed perfusion defect in the anterior basal wall of the left ventricle. what does this mean. Also the LVEF of 63%.
