What Does Pink Raised Lesion Indicate?

I am 28 yrs old and I have a dark pink slightly raised lesion on my side. It is smoothe and hard. It has been there for a couple of months. What could it be? No crusting or bleeding, just a raised hard lesion, it itches a little. Could you help me? Please!
