What Does Positive UPT Along With Lower Abdominal Pain Indicate?

Hi, I am 27 years old and I am planning for a baby. Day before when I took the urine pregnancy test it showed one dark and one faint line. The faint line appeared after 30 mins or so. I again checked it yesterday and the second line was a bit darker (but still faint) then the previous one. I am also experiencing cramps in my lower abdomen and also I have not yet got my periods. Is there any chance of pregnancy??
