What Does Positive UPT Indicate While Having Expired Implanon?

I went to the health clinic and got a urine pregnancy test done. It had a faint positive. But i've had the implanon in my arm expired for almost a year now. I know that I can get pregnant, I was just curious if that could change your results of pregnancy even after its expired.
