What Does Positive UPT Post Medical Abortion Indicate?

Hi.. I am 49 days pregnant..I took a tablet named n.k capsules for aborting the pregnancy but aftr the complete course I did a test and the result was still positive. .I don t know what to do next?? A doctor suggested meftal spas tablet..two tablets per day.. I want to know if it is safe to take such tablet..please suggest me something as soon as possible. .
