What Does Profusion Indenting The Subarachnoid Space Without Neural Compromise Mean?

My MRI for cervical spine shows spastic neck muscles conditions, C6-7 small central posterior profusion indenting the anterior subarachnoid space without actual neural compromise. What does it means. I have too much pain in my neck my left arm shoulder n chest
