What Does Protruding Bump From Stomach Indicate?

I went into the hospital with stomach ache 28 days total 8th day they said I had colon cancer I have been out now for 7 weeks. My stomach feels scratchy inside. I have a bump protruding from my stomach and my stomach is swollen. Can you please help. I went to the doctor they have no answer. Thanks
