What Does Pulling Sensation In Abdomen Post C Section Suggest?

I am 10 weeks after my 3rd C section. This past week I have started to have some internal pain on my left side. Around this same time I had finished using the bathroom and wiped, I found what looked like a rope or twine on the toilet paper, I m not sure if it came from my vagina or anus.It feels like something has ripped or torn inside, it pulls every time I stand up or sit down. The pain is getting a little worse each day. Can this be related to my section?
