What Does Pus Cells In A Semen Analysis Report Mean While Having UTI And Prostate Pain?

hey doctor I use to have UTI caused by enterococcus took medication ampicillin it got better but i had pain in prostates . I did culture test for semen it was positive for e-coli took medication i got clear n i still am having slight pain did urine and semen culture test they r negative but when i did semen analysis it shows 10-12 pus cell , but repeated for 3 times after a month still culture are negative n there is pus cell what is ur suggestion
