What Does Puss Oozing, Painful, Large Knot Between Leg And Pelvic Area Suggest?

I have a large painful knot on the crease where my leg meets my pelvic area. I squeezed it to see what would happen and a lot of puss came out followed by a lot of blood. The knot is still there and is still painful however. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and have never had this issue before. Should I be worried?
