Hi, I need more explanation about my exray report. I m sitting here worried of what is going on with my health, please. It s says: questionable opasity in the superior segment of the left lower lobe attributes to be differential density of the hilar shadow. It is extremely unspecific, favoring infective and inflammatory etiolovies first. Pulmonary tuberculosis may have similar imaging manifestations and should be considered, especially if constitutional symptoms.
