What Does "MSF In Left Ovary" Indicate?

Hi, I have been operated for ectopic in right ovary. Though ovary is intact, the fallopian tube on right side is blocked due to stiches. Now I have been trying to conceive for last 4 months and have been doing Follicle study for last 2 months. During this, the ovulation is mostly occurs in right ovary, where as the left ovary shows MSF. What dows this means? What actions should I take so as to get pregnant. Please advise.
