What Does "anteroseptal Ischemic Abnormal" In EKG Indicate?

I am a 67 year old female. I recently went for my yearly physical and checked my results on line. This time I noticed that under the EKG reading with anterseptal ischemic abnormal. I went back further into my records and noticed the dx was listed for the last approx three years. Is is something to worry about. I take timolol maleate one drop in each eye daily for glaucoma. My only other significant medical hx is ovarian cancer. My questions are: can I take the beta blocker for the glaucoma with this condition and since the AI appears to have been dix a while ago, is it something that I shouldn't be concerned about.
