What Does "fluid In Cul-de-sac" In Pelvic Ultrasound Indicate?

I had a pelvic ultrasound this morning and she said I had fluid in my cul-de-sac. What does this mean?? I have been on 100 mg Clomid but they havent been able to measure any follicles. Could I have ovulated earlier and could this be an early pregnancy?
