What Does "hyperechoic Density In Uterus Wall, Calcium Within Fibroid" Mean?

I am 36 years old, had an ultrasound showing small hyperechoic density, anterior wall of the uterus, which may have represented calcium within a fibroid. and right ovary contained a hypoechoic mass. I am wondering is this serious, I am scheduled for a hystorectomy, but I am in so much pain in my lower back, whole abdmonal area mainly the right side! HELP
