What Does "mildly Dilated Right Ventricle" Mean?

Hi this is kalpesh....i am feeling pain around chest roaming around the heart area....after all the tests which were normal it has been concluded that i have mildly dilated right ventricle...what does it mean? If it doesn't harms then what should be the reason for the pain in the chest..can it be the gastric issue?
