What Does "moderate Frontal Atrophy" In CT Scan Report Of Brain Indicate?

I had a CT scan of the brain because of headaches, dysphagia, extreme dizziness or vertigo while sitting still, trouble thinking of a specific word while speaking, some memory difficulties, personality changes, and some increased trouble with my fine motor skills. I don't have any trouble walking or moving around. I seem to function just fine and am doing fine at work. I tend to make a lot of lists to help with memory. I am 38 years old. My results were moderate frontal atrophy. Should I be concerned? I have an appt with the neurologist later this month but I would like to have as much information as possible before I go. My maternal grandmother's sister had Alzheimer's. Do I need to worry about that? Thanks!
