What Does "multiple Small Predominantly Peripherally Distributed. No Adnexal Mass Seen" Mean?

i am saranya. recently married for last 6 month i am not get baby i scan my self the report is everything is normal but ovaries also normal but is there some multiple small predominantly peripherally distributed. no adnexal mss seen. doctor plz explane for that what can i do ill get baby
