What Does "one Loop Of Cord Seen Around The Fetal Neck" Mean?

Hi,

I Have 37 week pregnancy and my latest ultrasound report there is everything normal umbilical cord they are 2 arties and 1 vein but i have a question that my ultrasound report there are mention that one loop of cord is seen of the fetal neck is this dangerous or normal.
Please explain me what is that ?
