What Does "thickened Endometrial Echo" In Ultrasound Indicate?

my 13 year old daughter has had her menstral cycle for about 1 year. This summer she started to have her cycle for 3 weeks at a time. She has had blood work done which came back normal, but recently had an ultra sound which came back saying she had thickend endometrial echo. What does that mean?
