What Does "thin Walled Gallbladder With No Calculus" Mean?

I have thin walled gallbladder with no calculus. A few tiny echogenic mucosal nodules in the gallbladder body measuring less than 0.3cm no binary dilatation. The visible upper common bile duct measures 0.4cm diameter, the distal duct is not seen. This was found by doing an Ultra sound.
What does this mean?? -- Does this further require medical attention?? There is no real discomfort or pain.
