What Does "two Cystic Areas In Adnexa" On USG Suggest?

Last Wednesday i have urine test and blood work done which came back positive for a pregnancy. I was 4 weeks pregnant. However, because i had a little bit of blood on the vagina canal and i had a lot of pain, the doctor sent me fro an ultrasound. the utrasould report stated that i had free fluid in the pelvic and two cystic areas in adnexa. The second ultra sound showed that i had free fluid outside of the uterus. I had a misscarriage on Sunday. Does all this mean that i had two cyst on the ovaries?
