What Does "uterine Nabothian Cysts Are Seen In Cervix" Indicate?

In my yearly checkup following were found

My pap smear result says

smear shows sheets of superficial and intermediate squamous cells. Inflammatory cells, degenerated cells and few clusters of endocervical cells are present.

No dysplastic or malignant cell seen.

My transvaginal usg says in uterus nabothian cysts are seen in cervix

When I had gone to doctor with above reports she said all are normal and I have mild cervical erosion which can be cured by cautery.

I will be highly gratefull if you Please advice what does above reports signify and do I need to cauterize
