What Does Recurring Pain In Back Of Head, Groin And Numb Tongue Mean?

all of my life (male 49 yrs old) i have had one or two occurances a year where I have a popping pain / numbness in the backof my head and a feeling of numbness in a specific area of my tongue, and sometimes a pain inbetween my penis and rectum. it is like a metal rod has been inserted in my head through my tongue and exited between my legs. any clues as to what this is?
