What Does Recurring Sharp Pain And Tightness In Abdomen Post Upper Endoscopy Suggest?

I had an upper endoscopy exactly 5 days ago where they took 3 biopsy s (stomach and throat) and have been experiencing sharp pains in my upper abdomen that come and go in severity and my abdomen feels tight and its feels like I pulled the muscles or something but, should I be concerned or go to the hospital? My worries is possible infection, or perforation which can be very serious?
