What Does Red Blisters On Throat Imply?

hello I have a questiong regarding my throat, I have little (blister looking bumps red) on my oropharynx and it hurts behind my tonsils, aswell I have a (cyst or abcess) with pus or infection underneath my left tonsil and I've been feeling very tired, Ps i also have my wisom teeth slowly coming in but they are impacted(sideways) I was wondering if you could give me a idea of what this may be?
