What Does Red Bumps On Face While Having Acne Indicate?

Hi, I am currently in Aus from past 2 years and have red small dots on my face which I did not have back home. I do not know if it is an allergy to milk or anything else. The red bumps are small and not always itchy. I do suffer from acne but these do not appear like the others. Could you let me know what it might be? thanks
