What Does Red Raised Dots On Torso Imply?

I have some red slightly raised dots on my torso that appeared about 24 hours after swimming in a clean natural hot spring, they do not itch and are only on the sides and back of my torso. They are near two tattoos I got in december 2009. They do not itch, just wondering if I should see a physician or not
