What Does Red Splotch With Yellow Shapes Within On Chest, Thigh And Ankle Suggest?

I have had a red splotch on my chest with yellowish circular shapes inside it for 5 months. It doesn't itch or grow much but I also have it on my thigh and two new spots, one on my chest and one on my ankle, have also appeared. I am 36 yrs old, 5'9", and 188 lbs. I've been on Effexor and Lamictal for over five yrs. I take Imitrex when I have migraines and synthroid for an underactive thyroid. I am also on birth control.
