What Does Redness And Inflammation On Penis Suggest?

Hi I have some red and the opening of my penis on the pee hole looks rather inflamed , been this way for as long as I can remember Any way of it going away? I m scared it isn t normal Have checked online but there doesn t seem to be any solutions Could you help?
