What Does Regular Period After Having Progyluton Tablet Indicate?

I am a 48 year old woman who has just gotten married to a childless 48 year old man. He wants a child. I have 5 children of which my youngest is 15 years. I want to give him a child but I am experiencing menopausal symptoms. I believe the term is perimenapausal. Anyway I am not having regular periods anymore. In fact my last perio I am ovulating again and d was about 6 months ago. I do still feel the cramping and bloating and lower back pain as if my period were coming but nothing happens. I was advised to take progyluton tablets to assist me with a regular period again but my question is this; If my period comes after taking this medication for 30 days does that mean that I am ovulating again and can get pregnant?
