What Does Retroverted Uterus With Homogeneous Myometrium Mean?

Hi i did a pelvic ultrasound and it showed-
Uterus is retroverted with homogeneous myometrium.
the endometrium measures 8mm
multiple follicles in both ovaries
the ovaries are normal in size
no adnexal mass
no fluid in the pouch of douglas
the kidneys have a normal apperence

Is this ok? im worried about the retroverted uterus, does that mean my vagina is shorter in length?
