What Does Ringing Sounds In Deaf Person Imply?

I am a profoundly Deaf Female born deaf age 27, ive been having alot of ringing buzzing sounds in both ears, in the past 4-5days ive started to get this beeping like morse code in my right ear and though could it be my hearing aids but i took them off and the problem is still there, i have a problem with tinitus but what is the beeping all about! HELP
