What Does Round White Mass Seen In The Sphenoid Sinus Cavity Indicate?

There was a round white mass seen in the sphenoid sinus cavity on my MRI but nothing was even mentioned on the report about it. I ve complained of headaches, eye ear and neck pain and dizziness for over a year. Would this be contributing to my symptoms and should I be looking further into this issue with another doctor?
