What Does Severe Dizziness, Foamy Vomit And Anxiety Post Alcohol Intake Suggest?

I believe my drink was spiked at the bar on saturday night. I remember being fine and then the rest of the night i remember bits and pieces but according to my friends that was in the beginning of the night. The memorize i do remember i was very dizzy. My friends said i past out and was not myself at all. i couldn t even walk to the bathroom to get sick and could barely talk i was also vomiting and uncontrollable amount and it was white and foam like. the next day i woke up still feeling like i was drunk but worse. i had never had a hangover like that. i did not throw up any more but i felt like i wanted to. i was freezing all day long. i was drinking water but i couldnt drink to much without feeling sick. today (two days after) i still feel very sick to my stomach and very cold. I also have alot of anxiety. was one of my drinks spiked? can i do anything to make my body feel normal again? what drug could it have been? ( a friend who i trust brought me home and made sure i was okay)
