What Does Severe Pain In Left Testicle Suggest?

Yea hi all of a sudden today I felt sick and had a bad headache with nausea. Then about an hour later the symptoms went away and after getting dressed for baseball and putting on sliding shorts. My left testicle started to hurt really bad and it hurts it to just walk or even move my right leg.
