What Does Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen Aggrevated After Having Sex Suggest?

Hi Doctor, i have lower abdominal pain on my left side. Sometimes the pain is so bad that my stomach is bloated the whole day and i have to constantly urinate. The pain on the side sometimes feels like a pinch. And sometimes the pain gets worse during and after sex. Please help
