What Does Severe Pain Post Surgery For Removing Part Of Cervix Suggest?

I was diagnosed with mild cervical cancer and had surgery in june 2014 to tie my tubes and remove part of my cervix. I cant afford to go to the doctor and have no insurance. I am having worse pains than i was having when i was diagnosed. the pains are when i was diagnosed. The pain is during and after sex, as well as when i dont even have sex. Does this mean it is back and worse? What do i do? I have 3 small kids and they need me.
