What Does Shakiness With Muscle Soreness Indicate?

My husband's body suddenly started to shake wth muscle soreness throughout his body with more pain in his right chest muscle. It lasted about 10 minutes. I raised the heat on his electric blanket and also rubbed his arms,legs, his whole body,until the shaking stopped. I also had him take a Tylenol. He then quickly fell asleep and woke up after 45 minutes and feeling ok but had to go to the bathroom. Walked ok and after I administered his eye medication he was ready to go back to sleep for the night. This all occurred while he had to watched movie at 8 pm. His email is YYYY@YYYY
